Directions to Country Lighthouse Farm
We are located in beautiful mid-western Ontario, a few kilometers east of the shores of Lake Huron, just outside of the charming town of Kincardine, known for its Scottish heritage and stunning sunsets!
From the south (Sarnia), take Hwy 402 east to Hwy 21. Go north on Hwy 21, through Goderich to Kincardine. It is about a 2 hour drive from Sarnia to Kincardine. Continue north past Kincardine until you reach Concession 5 (just past Kincardine airport which will be on your left). Turn right on Concession 5. Travel east along Concession 5 for about 5 minutes, past Sideroads 10 and 15, until you reach Sideroad 20. We are situated on the southwest corner of the intersection of Concession 5 and Sideroad 20. At Country Lighthouse Farm, you will see a white house with green trim as well as outbuildings with green roofs.
From the east or northeast (Sudbury, North Bay or Barrie), take Hwy 400 south to Barrie. Turn west onto Hwy 26. Stay on 26 until you reach Stayner. At Stayner, continue straight west. You will now be on 91. Stay on 91 until you reach Duntroon. There you will turn left on 124 south. Follow 124 through Singhampton until you reach Hwy 4 west to Hanover. Turn right there and stay on Hwy 4 west, travelling through Durham to Hanover and then on to Walkerton on Hwy 4. Hwy 4 takes you down the main street of Walkerton. Continue due west out of Walkerton on County Rd 2 (just a continuation of the main street). After about 5 minutes, you will reach an intersection with County Rd 3 (John Deere tractor dealer across the corner of this intersection). Turn left (south) and travel on Country Rd 3 for about 3 minutes until you meet Hwy 9 to Kincardine. Turn right and travel west for another 15 minutes or so. You will come to a small village named Bervie. Continue on for about 2-3 minutes more until you come to Sideroad (SR) 20. Turn right. It is a gravel road. Travel north on this road for 5 minutes (past Northline) until you reach Concession 5. We are the farm on the left, just before you get to the intersection, on the southwest corner of Sideroad 20 and Concession 5. You will see a white house with green trim as well as outbuildings with green roofs. It is about a 2 hour drive from Barrie to our farm taking this route.
